I was so impressed with how customers are prioritized at Volkswagen North Scottsdale. Kimberly Warner, my sales person, greeted me with with an authentic, "Hello, How can I help?" when I was perusing outd Volkswagen North Scottsdale. However, she made me feel comfortable the minute we met, was 100% focused on me, and researched other Penske locations with me so I could view offerings in the region. The sales manager was fair and professional and so helpful with closing the deal. Eric provided details of my auto's features when I returned, the next day to review the information during daytime. The dealership's management personally thanked me for doing business with VW of N Scottsdale. Over the prior week, I visited four dealerships in the area, a few on the Penske lots, and didn't even receive a nod or acknowledgement from sales personnel.
