North Scottsdale Volkswagen was awesome. I was not the easiest client and they were awesome the whole time. Absolute legend when it comes to navigating the VW infotainment dash. Would highly recommend this dealer. Will use them for all of my maintenance and VW purchases in the future. More

I recently purchased a VW Arteon from VW North Scottsdale as a first car for my son. While the buying process seemed smooth, unfortunately, my experience after driving off the lot has been frustrating. Wh as a first car for my son. While the buying process seemed smooth, unfortunately, my experience after driving off the lot has been frustrating. When I got home, I noticed a dent in the hood that I hadn’t seen at the dealership. Additionally, there was a concerning metal-on-metal noise, which turned out to be a damaged front strut bearing. Thankfully, the strut bearing was repaired under warranty, but the dent is costing me $350 to fix. I reached out to the dealership to discuss splitting the repair cost for the dent, but despite initially being responsive, they are now completely unresponsive. My calls and emails have gone unanswered, which is disappointing for a dealership of this caliber. I expected better customer service, especially after purchasing a vehicle. I hope VW North Scottsdale improves their post-sale support, as this experience has left me with a lot of frustration. More
