I am happy with the actual service resolution to the issue my car was having. With that said, I am very dissatisfied that my car was at the dealership for 3 days, they called me to come pick it up and issue my car was having. With that said, I am very dissatisfied that my car was at the dealership for 3 days, they called me to come pick it up and I let them know I wouldn't get there until later that evening, and they still neglected to charge my vehicle. They gave it back to me at 19% charge on a Friday night at 530pm. So, due to the insanely slow chargers at the dealership (even when I was used back to the "fast" chargers) I had to sit in the lobby to charge for over an hour just to get to 60%. It is baffling to me that you would have a vehicle for 3 days and not charge it before asking the customer to come get it. It is also confusing to me that you sell electric vehicles and do not offer rapid charging on-site. Definitely dissatisfied. More
