My 2016 Golf SportWagon consumes a quart of oil every 700 miles. I'd visited two other VW dealers for advice and was prepared to spend up to $8,000 to have the engine replaced. Instead, Raymond Massey, the Service Manager, suggested that we do an "oil-consumption test" first, which could help narrow down the possible engine problems that would then be confirmed by an examination of the appropriate part(s) of the engine. Once we had settled on that approach he read every line of the service contract aloud with me to make sure I understood everything. In my 53+ years of owning and servicing cars that had never been done before. Then, he answered every one of my many questions and I left satisfied that we were going to find a cost-effective solution so that I could keep the car, as planned, for another 3 or 4 years when I intend to replace it with an electric vehicle. I look forward to returning to Fall River VW in a few weeks for the results of the test and the opportunity to have my SportWagon' s engine performance restored. Sincerely, Peter Borgemeister More

I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had at Audi of Fall River. I brought my all road in for regular service had to have a check engine issue resolved. Joseph explained the issue to me and was patie of Fall River. I brought my all road in for regular service had to have a check engine issue resolved. Joseph explained the issue to me and was patient in answering my questions. He did not try to get me to do any unnecessary repairs (which I’ve had happen at other Audi dealerships) and he was kind and helpful. I will definitely be bringing my car back here. More
Shawn Haggarty was a pleasure to deal with, from start to finish. I was searching all over MA for an ID4, and he happened to have just what I wanted on the lot.
