Service advisors pretend they can’t see you while you stand right in front of them. Used to be a good place to buy cars(4) and get service. Not anymore. I was not please with the person that did the intake of my vehicle [Carlos] my car was brought in for a oil change and I had some other work that had to be taken care of such as my drive assist. There was a part that had to be ordered I had to call Carlos and I was told by him that the wrong part was ordered and that he would order the right part and give me a call when the part came in I never received that call. When I called the parts department which was a week later I was told that the part was there at least two days after he ordered it and not a week that I waited for his call. Be a former store keeper or parts person I know how important it is to do a follow u. up More
