The best service department!! I came in because my battery died. Battery was replaced under the warranty and at the same time, they took care of a headlight recall. I completely forgot to mention th battery died. Battery was replaced under the warranty and at the same time, they took care of a headlight recall. I completely forgot to mention that the rear AC control had become dislodged from the center console. They ran it back to service and broght it back almost immediately back completely fixed!! Seth, my service advisor, was AWESOME!!! More

We had water in the rear footwell of our new Golf Sportwagen. This is a well known problem with the speaker seals in the rear doors, but the service advisor blamed us for not cleaning the sunroof dr Sportwagen. Thankfully the technician that actually did the work was able to diagnose the problem and did find the damaged speaker seal. More

Too many visits for the same issue! I feel as I was charged for them to trial & error my car twice even after they had my car 11 days without giving me a loaner. When I went back for the 3rd time the b charged for them to trial & error my car twice even after they had my car 11 days without giving me a loaner. When I went back for the 3rd time the bid was astronomical. My service guy had been fired and nothing else has been said or done about this. Negative feedback reviews is all I’m left with.
