In the past, I have been satisfied with service. This time (7/27/21), not so much. Arrived with two problems: (1) Error Airbag warning on instrument panel, and (2) A/C not putting out enough cold air. Se time (7/27/21), not so much. Arrived with two problems: (1) Error Airbag warning on instrument panel, and (2) A/C not putting out enough cold air. Service folks could not find an A/C leak, but added some refrigerant and a dye. A/C performance was improved, but if the dye shows a leak, that means another trip and long wait for me, and the Customer Lounge is COLD! Turn down your A/C, Brandon VW! As for the Error Airbag warning, I was told not to put anything -- even a beverage bottle -- on the passenger seat. Well, aside from being ridiculous and counter to past experience, that warning message remains on the instrument panel even when the passenger seat is empty. Phooey! More
