Viva Nissan - Service Center

When I bought my Nissan Roque, I was sold an extended warranty for 8 years/120,000 miles. The person in the finance department lied to me. I later found out they don't have an 8 year warranty. For whatever reason, that person no longer works for Viva Nissan. To compensate me for this person's actions, I was given a coupon booklet for free oil changes. When I went to use the coupon, I was told that it had expired. They claim the clock started from the date of purchase. They expired because I used the oil change coupons I received with the purchase of my vehicle. I didn't think the other booklet had an expiration date. FYI, If you take your vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation, make sure to mark your tires. I marked my tires when I took it in for service. Turns out they did not rotate my tires and didn't even check the tire pressure. Could it be that it was a FREE oil change and tire rotation??? I will NEVER recommend Viva Nissan to anyone. 😤😠😠 More
