Bad customer service. My car was ready and was not notified. I had to ask if it was ready after being there two and a half hours. When I asked if it was ready the young ma My car was ready and was not notified. I had to ask if it was ready after being there two and a half hours. When I asked if it was ready the young man informed me that it had been ready for about forty five minutes. I was not notified because the young lady who took my information had taken an early lunch. Her name is Stephanie. Also, I handed her two coupons, one for an oil change and one for a tire rotation that I had received in the mail. When I went to pay I was informed that I could only use one coupon. Stephanie did not tell me this at the beginning. I will never go back there again, and I have informed my family and friends about the experience. More
