If I could give this dealership negative stars I would. It's been a really rough experience from the purchase, to service, to warranty issues. My vehicle had problems, with less than 20,000 miles on it. Th It's been a really rough experience from the purchase, to service, to warranty issues. My vehicle had problems, with less than 20,000 miles on it. They are severely understaffed and cannot take care of the vehicles after they need service or repairs. I would recommend not purchasing a Ford here, but I would recommend other Ford dealers in El Paso, Shamaley Ford to be specific. Viva Ford made me want to trade in my very loved Ford, to ANY other truck just I won't have to deal with them anymore. If you are in need of a vehicle DO NOT got to Viva Ford, I would recommend rolling the dice anywhere else because the whole experience at Viva is at the bottom of the barrel. I'm going to trade in my truck as soon as possible just to cut ties with them. Also, they press you to give them 5 stars through the buying process so they looks good, they should only send these a month or two after they make the sale to see what the consumers really think after dealing with them. I am absolutely ashamed of the unethical business practices and greed of this dealership. The Salesman was polite and helpful, but after configuring and ordering a new vehicle on the FOMOCO website practices and greed of this dealership. The Salesman was polite and helpful, but after configuring and ordering a new vehicle on the FOMOCO website with him and receiving MSRP of approximately $57000, and once the long wait of production was over and the vehicle was delivered to the dealership, they jacked the price up to approximately $69000. The Manufacturer MSRP already has profit built in for all parties involved; the manufacturer, the wholesaler and the dealership all have profit built into the MSRP, but that is not good enough for Viva Ford in El Paso TX. Instead, they wanted to pad their own pockets and made the vehicle too expensive for me to afford. I have dreamed of getting this vehicle since it was introduced and arranged for an auto loan through my bank (which hits your credit rating) and excitedly told all my family and friends about the wonderful news; this, only to be dashed by greed and a lack of care by the dealership on the verge of sociopathy. If a ZERO Stars rating were available on this site, I would choose it unreservedly. I bewail the lack of ethics this dealership has shown me. More
Makes me sad to give this dealership one star, but the owner is a complete avaricious person. Our salesman was polite and wanted to work with us, but the management and owner have decided to take the position of price gouging the market. Truly reprehensible. Ford shows/advertises vehicles for an MSRP on their website and for countless years, it was basically unheard of to buy a new car for MSRP. However, I totally get paying MSRP right now, but the greed and lack of shame have taken hold at Viva Ford. They want cash paying Ford Customers to pay $10K over MSRP. God willing, karma will come back to get them one day. Absolute disgrace. Do not support this business. More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! Very shady practices and dishonest salesman. Selling new cars at thousands over sticker. Promises are immediately broken as soon as you sign contract. Management simply ignor dishonest salesman. Selling new cars at thousands over sticker. Promises are immediately broken as soon as you sign contract. Management simply ignore customers issues. Won’t return phone calls or emails. They simply ignore you and refuse to honor what they said. When I sent back and forth texts that I had with my salesman and what he promised me they simply fired the kid. Wow, what a great employer. You all definitely are that typical “car salesman” and should be ashamed. This goes for the General Manager jay Welsh of Viva auto group on down. My next stop is the El Paso Chamber of Commerce, BBB and Ford Motor HQ and their Marketing EVP. Just a sad, greedy business that I am ashamed that I trusted their word. Go to Casa or Shamaley Ford!! Horrible experience - wanted to add $15,000 over MSRP on Bronco I waited a year to get and wanted to give way under trade in. Reasoning was “because they can” - market value. Which they decide and set. Sta Bronco I waited a year to get and wanted to give way under trade in. Reasoning was “because they can” - market value. Which they decide and set. Stay far away! More

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Viva Ford Bad Customer Service, Bad Mechanics, Bad dealership. I am an active duty Technical Sergeant in the Air Force and I took my car(currently our only household car) here while me, Mechanics, Bad dealership. I am an active duty Technical Sergeant in the Air Force and I took my car(currently our only household car) here while me, my 3 year old son, and my 8 and a half month pregnant wife were visiting on leave for the holiday . They did a transmission fluid flush and 2 weeks later the transmission that had never given me any problems over heats and dumps a massive amount of fluid. So I check the dip stick and its still showing over the max after all that fluid had dumped. I call the dealership to have them tow the car back to their dealership to fix it. First they were not wanting to be helpful finally get a manager on the phone who said we will send the tow truck right over 6 hours later no tow truck. I had to get an Uber to the dealer and leave my car on the side of the road to talk to some one face to face to finally have my car towed 8 hours later. They tell me they over filled it but they don’t know why it over heated. Then they call me and say they got it running and I can come back into town to pick it up but it has a knocking noise in the transmission. And they are not willing to rectify the situation despite it being their fault. Keep in mind my wife is on the verge of having a baby could go into labor any day now and the dealership is aware of this. I have never seen such poor customer service and treatment of a service member. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau the Fort Bliss IG (have them added to the off limits business list due to bad bad business practices with service members), Ford Motor Company complaints department, and anywhere else that I can find. Please spread the word on Facebook and other media so everyone knows how they treat customers. #boycottviva #vivafordsucks #badbussinespractice #goingtoCasaFord More
