The dealership finally agreed to sell intransit vehicle without all the dealer add ons but we wasted alot of time to get that agreement and were ready to drive to ABQ to get what we wanted. Then it took another trip to el paso and alot of time with salesman to simply make a down payment because of paperwork delays or whatever when they knew when we were coming in and we had the payment ready. Salesman agreed to adjust carpeting in the trunk, and wash vehicle. I received many calls saying that the vehicle was ready. It was not! The carpet is still out, the breaks squeak, the tire pressure sens wash vehicle. I received many calls saying that the vehicle was ready. It was not! The carpet is still out, the breaks squeak, the tire pressure sensor turned on the day after I took it home. I hope Viva Ford keeps their word to fix these problems. More

it was a hassle to get dealership to agree to sell vehicle without doing a bunch of dealer addons which increase price by thousands and were not desired by buyer. basically online prices are a scam be vehicle without doing a bunch of dealer addons which increase price by thousands and were not desired by buyer. basically online prices are a scam because of dealer addons. finally got a truck that was in transit without addons. also delays in dealership to get paperwork done were excessive.
