The service was not as good as it used to be. The gentleman that helped me was a little awkward, didn’t even inspect my truck. Yes I made an appointment over the phone to have my oil changed with Chris Chavez. Upon arriving to the service area i stood outside of my vehicle waiting for someone...anyone to pay attention and ask me h changed with Chris Chavez.
