Had the fuel filters/water separator replaced, and ext. detailed. Engine compartment and front undercarriage covered with diesel, enough that the vehicle left an oil stain on my garage floor. Vehicle still stink of diesel when the engine heats up. The exterior detailing seemed more of a basic wash, I did hear one of techs call it a free wash. I used one of the coupons from the coupon book that I actually payed a lot off money for when I purchased the vehicle, so that wash was anything but free. More

I had taken my vehicle to service they had done an oil change and tire rotation and that was last time I saw the key to remove the locks, the new manager was understanding and my locks and key were replaced with a new set.
