Trying to oversell repairs I was having trouble with my vehicle the engine light came on I went and got it tested for free at auto zone and it came as an electrical problem with I was having trouble with my vehicle the engine light came on I went and got it tested for free at auto zone and it came as an electrical problem with a control unit in the intake manifold. They suggested I take it to the dealership because the vehicl being too new they couldn't order parts for it. I rolled up to the service department with my test results receipt and was told let us run it and we can see if its the same error codes it was. Only difference was at the dealership they were trying to sell me an entire intake manifold rebuild kit which was going to run between $1200-1800. I paid my $150 test fee and went to get a second opinion at pep boys I showed them the results of both test and let them know what the dealership was trying to repair. They looked up the codes which all showed electrcal issue and printed a sheet of possible diagnosis and told me to take it to Jack key. They checked the manifold which came out fine and everything on the diagnosis sheet. It turned out I had a burned out control switch on my intake manifold actuator. Which only ran me $650 to repair. More

He knew about the 100,000 mile/5 year power train warranty, which I was unaware of. Their was a clicking noise in my engine. David and the technician detected an issue with my rocker arms. They replaced the rocker arms and additional warranty work to put my car back like brand new! I love my car and they made it even better Their automotive knowledge and expertise in the Industry separates them from the rest. They are the best! More

I take both of my cars to Lithia anytime I have a problem. Recently, I have been dealing with the local Ford dealership for warranty issues. The service is not good. If I could, I would take my car to Lithia in a heartbeat. Their service is extremely professional and friendly. I am treated, as a woman even, with respect and courtesy. The gentlemen who I work with know that I am a car person and treat me accordingly. It is very much appreciated as I have not been so lucky at other shops. The center may not be the quickest service on the planet but I would rather wait, have them take their time, and the job be done right. They are always quick to inform the customer of what needs to be fixed without adding on unnecessary parts or services. They leave my car in excellent condition. They try very hard to keep the seats, floors, and outside clean. They are also more than accommodating when something has been fixed and for whatever reason it just isn't quite right. I had some work done on the 2012's suspension and was back a half hour later when something didn't quite feel right. They dropped what they were doing and checked everything over again. I don't remember the exact problem they fixed but it was corrected quickly, and I was sent on my way in a matter of minutes. I happily recommend Lithia to anyone who is looking for a car or just a great service center. I trust my cars with the gentlemen at Lithia. My car's are my babies and that trust is not easily earned. Kudos for creating a wonderful Dealership and not a Stealership. More
The Meaning Of Customer Service Upon arriving I was greated very warmy, I was asked the reason for my visit. I stated I had an appointment at 10:00, it was 9:40 when I arrived. Their response was no problem and asked what I needed. Told them I needed an oil change and a tire rotation and whatever else was needed at my mileage. The service rep told me a couple of things that might be needed, one was very expensive. I said if necessary then you have my approval. I then asked how long and was told at least 90 minutes, I had assumed 2 hours based on other dealerships. In about an hour and 45 minutes from the time I arrived, the service manager came and got me saying the truck was completed. They could have easily done the expensive service but they were honest and checked, then determined I didn't need that expensive service, this is honesty at it's best. This type of service makes me wish I lived here just so I could use this dealership. He then went above and beyond and recommended an excellent choice for lunch. There were two service reps that took care of me, one was Charles Armstrong, I didn't get the other gentleman's name. Both were professional and very helpful. Thank you Lithia Dodge of Las Cruces. I called to see if I could get an oil change on my early lunch break. Whomever answered said that would be fine there was no wait. I was greeted immediately and sat in the waiting room. 45 mins later a salesperson came out and asked if I wanted to replace my filter. I said yes and I asked if they were almost done and he said yes, we just need to change the filter. After 1 hour and fifteen minutes I went out to the garage to find out the problem and what the hold up was. The gentleman went over to my truck which was still being worked on to talk to him. I was told it would be a few more minutes. Peter Vargas then entered the picture. He explained that they didn't have my air filter and he was sorry. I stated that I could understand that if I had brought in a Honda to a Dodge dealer, but since I brought my Dodge truck into a Dodge dealer that was unacceptable. He explained the reording process...and I stated I still feel it is unacceptable. I explained I was unhappy since the gentleman on the phone stated it would be fast, there was no wait and instead I was still there after 1.25 hours with my truck still in the air being worked on. Peter then stated he would immediately take me to my place of employment and would bring my truck to me later. He apologized profusely and was all ears on my complaints while he was driving. He is the epitomy of customer service. I did not have a good experience, but Peter let me know that he accepted the responsibility, apologized, and did what he could to make it right. I will come back to this dealership for maintenance, but only due to Peter Vargas professionalism and courtesy. Thank you Peter. More
