Worst Service Department This is my second review, my first one talked about how impossible it was to get in without an appointment and how it was so frustrating that this was This is my second review, my first one talked about how impossible it was to get in without an appointment and how it was so frustrating that this was the only Dodge dealership in Las Cruces. Today, however, I had my 12 pm scheduled appointment for an oil change. I gave up my lunch break to fit in my oil change because I am ridiculously busy! I check in 10 minutes early, 12:25, 35 minutes of waiting, I am informed that my truck is just getting started on and it will be 20 minutes. I told them to bring it down because I had no more time left. Why make appointments if it's not going to get done in a timely matter anyway? They said,"Sorry we seemed to have double-booked and "so and so" left to lunch without telling anyone." This just made me more upset and so pissed. This is absolutely ridiculous from this company. I will be looking else where to get my oil changed, but doubt I'll find a place that will document my oil changes through Dodge. If I did my job like they are doing theirs, their children would not get an education! GET A CLUE!!! Such a waste of my time with this place. More

Outstanding We have purchased 4 vehicles from Lithia and wouldn't shop anywhere else. The salesman are knowledgeable, friendly and go the extra mile to make sure We have purchased 4 vehicles from Lithia and wouldn't shop anywhere else. We have had a few bumps in the road with service but the manager ensured to correct any flaws and have since been corrected, the last year of visits have been fast, friendly and everything you would expect in a service department. I called Service Adviser Mike Romero about a bad fuel pump. Mike called as i got in to Las Cruces and he helped me get Road Side Service to get my truck to the dealership for repairs. Parts were ordered Mike kept me updated on repairs. Mike called truck was ready. My dodge ram looked new, Mike had it washed and ready to go. I could not ask for a better Service Advisor than Mike Romero. More
