I made an appointment for a Dodge Ram recall and to repair my driver's side sun visor. I was greeted on arrival, directed into the office for check-in and again to the waiting area. Diagnosis took 2 days to tell me the auxiliary battery was bad which was replaced by Viva 2 years earlier and was still under a 3 year warranty. Was then charged $200+ for diagnosis and was informed of a was bad which was replaced by Viva 2 years earlier and was still under a 3 year warranty. Was then charged $200+ for diagnosis and was informed of a factory update that would cost an additional $180+ to update. I refused the update, paid for the diagnosis and had the auxiliary battery replaced at Autozone. The tech at Autozone also discovered the fasteners holding the front grill/shroud were left unfastened which he took care of. More
