Took truck in May was told EGR Cooler was leaking, turned out ot was the turbo actuator causing loss of power. Was supposed to do the recall on it. Got EGR cooler replaced. After had the DPF fault saying i out ot was the turbo actuator causing loss of power. Was supposed to do the recall on it. Got EGR cooler replaced. After had the DPF fault saying it was at 100 percent. Brought back in for warranty. First part of November. Said it wasn't covered found out that the recall was not done. David said he would get it taken care of. I called week if Thanksgiving and was told they where waiting to for a differential pressure switch agreed to pay 22 dollars to expedite shipping. Checked in the second week of December David said he had to check on the switch., called back and said it was not ordered. He then said they ordered and he waived the 22 dollars shipping. Called the week before Christmas was told that it was not covered and nothing was done on the truck. David said he was taking to the manager to get it covered, Lady called wanting to purchase the truck, I said sure if the money was right, 30mins later David calls and tells me the truck not covered,. The whole time David wants to change EGR Filter and fuel filters it's all kept asking me through the whole ordeal. Took truck in to another mechanic found out the turbo actuator was not calibrated correctly. That is why it would not regen, also when paperwork given to me it did not mention DPF it talked about an EGR valve that was sticking. By far worst dealership when it comes to diagonis on vehicles. Your diesel mechanic does not inspect or diagnose, has no clue how to work on diesels. More

Although Viva Dodge had previously worked on my vehicle's front differential a few days ago. I went in for an oil change that was asked to be done when dropped off but didn’t attend it either after 2 months. front differential a few days ago. I went in for an oil change that was asked to be done when dropped off but didn’t attend it either after 2 months. 1/2 it was there I also had an alignment due to my steering wheel being at a 45-degree angle after they replaced the differential. I was still charged $175+ for the alignment that should’ve been done by them themselves after the work that required it regardless. Ended with a bill of $348+ More

Well when I reported my issue to the dealer they were not sure if it was going to be under warrantee or not. They gave me the number to the warrantee people who told me because it was a filter it probably w sure if it was going to be under warrantee or not. They gave me the number to the warrantee people who told me because it was a filter it probably would not be covered. I took it to my personal mechanic who looked into it and discussed my case with another Dodge dealership to find out that my DEF particulate filter was still under warrantee so then I took it back to the dealer. Brandon at the dealership was very responsive and gave my wife his work cell phone number (this was really not helpful because it always went straight to voicemail). Brandon then told me that the part that I needed would be on back order for a month and a half. I was very upset because the truck was not drivable and we have trip planned. He then let me know that I could call ram care to escalate them receiving the part. Through a few different phone calls that I personally had to make going back-and-forth between my local dealership and the ram care people because they cannot communicate effectively to each other (the ram care folks told me that the parts department never answered their phone when they were transferred to them) I eventually got all the information to the ram care people and my part was delivered within 2 weeks. I then called my local dealership to see when I could expect my truck back and I found out that I was in line behind other customers. Brandon new the urgency of me needing my vehicle for my trip so he had my quick job placed in front of other jobs that were more extensive such as replacing an entire engine. I was then able to get my vehicle back before my trip. The one glitch was while driving away from the dealership for some reason the climate control on the passenger side was lost so we went back to the dealership and they quickly evaluated it and after unplugging the vehicle from its batteries and plugging get back into reboot the system the truck seems to be working well. I am very appreciative to Brandon and letting me know how to escalate getting the parts that I needed and also for him helping me get my vehicle back in time for my trip that had been planned 6 months ago.
