I took my car in for repair, there was a piece missing from my car. They insisted that it was not there when I dropped it off. I think that was very poor choice of words and lack of customer service, it was like accusing me of lying and I was blaming him for taking it. I just thought it might be misplaced. This resulted in a shouting match in the main floor. (in which I stooped down to his level, and I am guilty of). I will NEVER do business with Lithia Again. They need to employ people with management experience and customer service skills. I cannot even give them one star. I am so disappointed in that dealership and the personal (Vince Armijo) they employ. More

He is one of the best sales associates i have ever worked with, since i got to the dealership Adrian took care of everything he even went the extra mile to help me with my budget and we worked a deal faster than i had expected. When it was time to go to the financing department they had three sales to go before me and they even stayed way after hours to make sure i did not have to return the next day. I traded in my Ford F150 for a Jeep Wrangler. My wife and II visited Lithia on a Tuesday, checking out Jeeps in Las Cruces. We walked in and asked for Mr. Adrian...the rest of the sales reps almost bent over backwards to track him down (a level of teamwork I was not expecting). The whole time Mr. Adrian was helpful, even finding another rep to figure out the best way to fit our car seat into the prospective Jeep (props for asking for help and props for Lithia for encouraging it). When it came time for financing, Mr. Kat Martinez got us a better deal than our pre-approval and patiently explained the differences between the extended warrenties (a must for me, they have paid for themselves in previous behicles.
