Awesome service from start to finish !! I just had my MINI serviced at VISTA MINI, and they were amazing! The Service Advisor, Howie Rosenberg, was so very helpful and friendly from the minu I just had my MINI serviced at VISTA MINI, and they were amazing! The Service Advisor, Howie Rosenberg, was so very helpful and friendly from the minute I dropped my MINI off until the work was done, paid and delivered. Mr. Rosenberg's amazing attitude and enthusiasm to me was very welcome, as he took time to hear my concerns and assure me they would be taken care of. For a couple of the questions I had, he took me to speak to the MINI technician who worked on my MINI, Greg Brown. Mr. Brown was not only able to answer my questions thoroughly, but he explained in a perfect amount of detail, the work to be done. I a very particular about my MINI and who works on it. Both Mr. Rosenberg and Mr. Brown immediately gained my trust through their knowledge of MINIs. Thank you so very much Vista MINI, I will definitely come back for any future maintenance and/or service !! I will definitely recommend Vista to all of my friends in the MINI community. More

Her general attitude was apathetic as she clicked her nails on the paint of every vehicle she showed us. She never offered a test drive but we knew what we wanted so we went in to look at numbers. I want to start by saying we have leased everything from Audi to the Range Rover we pulled up in, and I have never experienced such an unprofessional, and rude salesperson in my life. At first, a really friendly woman named Amanda came over to discuss what deals she could make and she was really nice to speak with. However,as negotiating went on with Maria, we walked away to do some simple calculations only to come back and be told that the math we were doing was wrong. I asked if she could show me another way that I wasn't leasing a vehicle for nearly 3/4 what it would cost to buy it when she snatched the paper away and flat out told us "this vehicle obviously isn't for you." Her demeanor was so off-putting that we gladly left. Funny thing is, we went to Braman West Palm MINI, who gave us a far better deal on a vehicle with more options. The numbers that offended this salesperson ended up being beaten by nearly $20/month payment and with more miles added. Stay away from this dealership, and if you must go, please go right to Amanda who in no way should be included in my negative experience! More

We had a road service replacement of the battery 18 months ago. Tried to start the Mini last week and it was dead. Called Vista, spoke with Casey and arranged to have them look at it. Bottom line, the months ago. Tried to start the Mini last week and it was dead. Called Vista, spoke with Casey and arranged to have them look at it. Bottom line, they gave us a loaner for the day, and found a loose connection - cost to us? $0.00. When we picked up the Mini, we met Amanda and she impressed us enough to come.in Sunday morning to test drive a couple of new cars. This led to our ordering a Countryman to be built. Over the last 4 years we have used the service department for covered and uncovered maintenance, the work quality and speed has always been more than good, the cost for uncovered procedures I will say seems a bit high, but, that is my choice to accept or deny. Twice, we needed the body shop to replace the rear bumper - two separate occasions (the Mini's brakes are REALLY good) - again, the work was excellent and timely. Vista Mini is the place to be. More

It took over a month and they never even told me when my car was done. Melanie lied to me and told me it was Allstates fault, but Allstate had everything documented and showed that VISTA BMW collsion was at fault. They are simply unbelieveable. They kept asking for supplementation and taking a ridiculous amount of time to get it done. Minor damage taking one month and I paid over $1000 in rental car coverage. More
I had a minor car accident and it took them 3 months to finish. Every single time I call the collision advisor, he tells me they found something else that needs to be repaired. The advisor never had the initiative to call me. I had to call him to keep myself updated what's going on with the car. I called him once a week and out of all those 9 times I called, I've actually only spoken to him once. He never picks up the phone and just lets the voicemail get it. It's worse than baby-sitting!!! Unless you have a spare car, I warn you not to get your car serviced here because they don't care about getting your car out of the shop immediately. Customer service is not their specialty!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! More
I and my wife visited this dealer to purchase a 2006 Mini Cooper S. The 'sales-pitch' walk-through was excellent (learning about the vehicle, thorough test drive, etc). We spent a long time looking over the vehicles to find one right for us. Burton was patient and really seemed to know his stuff. The financing department isn't trustworthy BUYER BEWARE (then again what car dealer financing is?) We signed the papers that day and were called a few weeks later (telling us that the contract needed to be re-written and re-submitted). The new contract would force us to extend the loan at a higher monthly payment and higher interest rate (we both have superb credit). We established a loan through our own bank like we should have done at the start. We love the vehicle but won't purchase another one again thanks to the shady financing department at Vista. If you intend to purchase a vehicle from this dealership make sure that you: Secure financing on your own! (this will usually secure you a lower interest rate and lower monthly payments) DO NOT take the BMW phone survey until a few weeks pass. The BMW survey will attempt to call you a few days after the purchase. More
