I was exceptionally pleased with the service I received at Vision Nissan in Webster. The staff worked with me to fix my 2019 Titan and even worked directly with the warranty provider to cover some extensi at Vision Nissan in Webster. Employees seemed short staffed and didn't say anything to me while I was standing there waiting for 2-3 minutes. Also some girl was in the corner facing a wall on her phone. I just had the ENTIRE engine replaced on my 2017 Nissan Titan XD (gas). I have been driving it for 2 weeks, many 30-40 minute highway trips, as well as local driving. I have a heavy foot. The engine has performed flawlessly and I am EXTREMELY pleased. This was the hugest repair, and so much could have been gone wrong, but it is all good, and I'm very relieved!
