I have never had a problem getting an appointment and customer service is always good. Service houses crooks Everybody knows dealerships are there to make money. Hence, the outrageous labor rates. Fine. If you have a problem with your vehicle, you have the right to return it and be reimbursed. Don't let them fool you. They will NOT perform warranty repairs. Liars and theives!!!
