Super Service Department I had a wheel bearing that broke on my new Versa on Saturday. The part wasn't in stock but I received a courtesy vehicle to be able to get to work wh I had a wheel bearing that broke on my new Versa on Saturday. The part wasn't in stock but I received a courtesy vehicle to be able to get to work while my vehicle was being repaired that week. I was treated warmly and was explained all the things that the service department would do to repair my vehicle. I was surprised to see that the work was fully covered and there was no charge for the courtesy vehicle. It made quite a change in my impression of dealership service departments from former dealerships I used. Excellent Service I had a few rust spots on my trunk of my 2010 Maxima. previous staff was great new staff cares none to listen to customers worst experiences i have had with dealership have come recently since new staff. work was not done that i had paid for and when proven t to customers worst experiences i have had with dealership have come recently since new staff. work was not done that i had paid for and when proven to management there was no action taken to remedy the fact my vehicle was did not receive the parts i was charged for when i looked to see what was done the part they told me was being replaced was not but i was charged for it technician still had it in his tool box but the charged me still and my car was running better still dont know what they did to it or what they charged me for but was definately charged for parts not installed and it took three return visits to get it fixed properly. stay away from these crooks!
