During the sale I had no complaints. My salesman went above and beyond. I had my vehicle about 2 weeks before I noticed it skipping. I had a vacation scheduled for the following week so My salesman went above and beyond. I had my vehicle about 2 weeks before I noticed it skipping. I had a vacation scheduled for the following week so I took it in and was told it was a sensor issue and would be fine. Now at the end of my trip my family and I were stranded on the road for the same issue. Now I take the car back the following morning to find out a week later that the transmission was shot. Again they were cooperating and took it in. This is where it started to go wrong. I don’t hear a word from them about my vehicle status for at least a month. On top of that there is a no fault accident involving the “rental vehicle”. Now they want the rental back but will not give me a replacement because I refuse to pay the deductible for an accident that I couldn’t have prevented. More
