Adam is the best! ! he was patient he listen to what I had to say, and did not treat me with anything but respect. I will be honest I was very nervous to work with visi ! he was patient he listen to what I had to say, and did not treat me with anything but respect. I will be honest I was very nervous to work with vision because I had heard some negative comments, but I’m so glad that I did. From the sale to the service you have been outstanding. I appreciate you guys! I will be sure to change those negative comments into positive ones as I will pass the word on. I feel comfortable knowing that as long as I have my Nissan, he will take good care of me and my car. Thank you. More
1. Scheduled an appointment to look at a specific car. I purposely scheduled this because I was coming in from Buffalo. When I came in, I was told by the sales rep that it was "just" sold. 2. First Sales r purposely scheduled this because I was coming in from Buffalo. When I came in, I was told by the sales rep that it was "just" sold. 2. First Sales rep I dealt with, had to go check with his Sales Manager every time I had a question. 3. After we agreed to the sale on another car, I was told I could come in 2 days later at Noon to sign paperwork and take the car home. This sales rep knew I would have to take an Uber out there. I texted the sales rep before I left telling him I was on my way. He finally texted me back about an hour later saying the car would not be ready today. So, I had to take another Uber home from Rochester. Half way home, I spoke to the sales rep and he said the car would be ready at 3pm. I agreed to come back at that time, as long as he would pay for my Uber ride out there. He agreed. At 1:30pm, I texted this sales rep saying I was on my way. Never heard back from this sales rep ever again. At 2:45pm, I received a call from another Sales Rep, Dylan saying the car wouldn't be ready today because they need a front license plate bracket to come in. When I arrived at the dealership, we agreed that I could take dealer plates home so I could drive that car home today. I could come back when the front bracket came in and they would install that and put my new plates on. I waited an hour to sign paperwork. I finally signed all the paperwork and took my car home. I never got reimbursed for that 3rd Uber ride. 4. 2 weeks later, I got a text from Dylan saying everything is in and I could stop out to have the license plate bracket installed, the new license plates installed on the car and also pick up another key fob they ordered for me (This car only came with 1 key fob. The 1st sales rep agreed to throw in another key fob for free.). When I arrived on site, the service person gave me an unprogrammed key fob and said it would take 2 hours to program (this was never mentioned to me before. I wasn't planning on sticking around for 2 hours.). We agreed that I could take the unprogrammed key fob with me and have it programmed at a Nissan dealer closer to my house (Vision Nissan would pay for the cost). They installed the front license plate bracket and said my car was ready to go. When I went out to get into my car, I noticed the dealer plate still on the back of my car. I went back in again. The service department had no idea that I was also having my new plates put on. Although there was a little hiccup with the service department, Adam was very helpful (he went above & beyond). He was probably the only positive experience with my entire time at Vision Nissan in Greece. He gave me his personal cell number in case I had any issues with getting my new key fob programmed by a local dealer. 5. A noticed a week or so after purchasing my new car, that there were wheel locks on them. No one ever said anything to me about this. I was not supplied a wheel lock key to get them off (checked glove compartment & near the spare tire in the trunk). Now I have to pay to have them removed or purchase another wheel lock key. Due to this entire experience, it would have been nice for a manager to come out (or call me later) and apologize for this whole experience. It seems like there is a big disconnect with the sales reps. They didn't communicate well with me or the service department. Based on my experience, I would never purchased a car or go back to Vision Nissan of Greece. This is the worst car buying experience I've never had. More
