Lacked simple customer sevice skills, basically if u dont ask u get nothing. For example, telling customer where their car is after picking up the key. I assmed it was on the side but it was not and spent ti ask u get nothing. For example, telling customer where their car is after picking up the key. Didnt offer print out of needed work. Lastly, I was contacted 5 times about buying/trading in my car before i was told what was wrong with it (first text was at 10:34 am and they finally called me around 3:15 pm to tell me what the problem was). Seems like their service is only based on a sale or paying for a service. More
