My car has been in the service department for weeks and I can never get ahold of anyone for an update. The communication at this dealership is horrible. I call every day and can't get through to anyone a can never get ahold of anyone for an update. The communication at this dealership is horrible. I call every day and can't get through to anyone and leave voice-mail that never get returned. Now I hear from nissan directly the part for my car is on back order and no eta can be provided. My car has been there for 2 weeks!! The dealership couldn't even call me to tell me it was back ordered. More

The folks at Vision Nissan are courteous, knowledgeable and kind. I’ve never had a problem getting my vehicle in for service…they’ve even squeezed me in when I had an unexpected need. Every time I bring my vehicle into Vision Nissan I receive great service. They keep me posted on where the mechanics are with repairs and the cost of the repair which has always been accurate and usu receive great service.
