Bob Johnson Nissan - Service Center

I was originally told the service would take at most 2. 5 hours, but ended up waiting over 4.5 hours with no updates unless I asked. I was told it would be another 1.5 hours partway through, but even that w 5 hours, but ended up waiting over 4.5 hours with no updates unless I asked. I was told it would be another 1.5 hours partway through, but even that wasn’t accurate—the car was still being tested when I checked again. Despite being told the AC was working, it clearly wasn’t when I drove off. I was offered a recheck, but after waiting nearly five hours and rearranging my day, I couldn’t stay any longer. The only reason I’m returning is to avoid paying again for a service that wasn’t completed properly the first time. This experience was frustrating, poorly managed, and disappointing. More
