I arrived at Vision Nissan Greece @ 10:45am for an 11am NYS inspection and was told at that time it would be an hour. I gave them till 12:45pm (2 hours!) before I finally went back into the service area to NYS inspection and was told at that time it would be an hour. I gave them till 12:45pm (2 hours!) before I finally went back into the service area to see what was taking so long. After finally flagging someone down, they informed me that they hadn’t even brought the car back yet and the tech went to lunch. WHAT?! While discussing my displeasure, a customer who was about to sign on a new $45,000 truck (Nissan Frontier) purchase overheard me, asked what was going on and after telling him how I had been here for almost 3 hours (at this time now) for a simple inspection, then decided to walk. Left the paperwork right on the sales dude’s desk, asked for his keys, said thanks to me as he walked out the door. Vision is the worst. I apparently didn’t learn my lesson with all the problems with Vision Hyundai in Henrietta back when I had a Hyundai Sonata. Never again.  More

Was super disappointed in the pricing of the repairs offered. Felt very much like I was being taken advantage of. While the individuals I interfaced with were nice, 3 other mechanics priced the same job offered. Felt very much like I was being taken advantage of. While the individuals I interfaced with were nice, 3 other mechanics priced the same job at 500-850 less. More
