Above and beyond I came in looking for a new used vehicle, I sat down with Ryan and he had listened to me about what I have been going through the last 3 months. We to a test drive in the vehicle I came to look at. I was dealt with just great respect and friendliness. We did up the the paperwork on that vehicle. I talked with Ryan about it being a problem getting financed. He told me there shouldn't be any problems, he told me he would call me as soon as he found out. Less than 2 hours later he calls me and congratulates me on being approved, he also told me it was a shorter term loan and that I'm going to be very happy. We set up a time to finalize the paperwork. I came in the next morning and to my surprise he told me I was getting a brand new Nissan rogue. Needless to say I was in complete shock. I also met with the finance manager Ray and he told me the great news. Not only a brand new vehicle but at a great interest rate. I cant thank both these gentlemen enough, they went above and beyond any expectations. They treated me with respect and had given me a great deal. They both told me I deserved it. All I can say that this was the best ever experience I ever had at any dealership Thank you Ryan and Ray with treating me with respect even though my credit was so so. I wasn't treated that way at all in the last 3 months of vehicle shopping. Thanks again Greg Daniels More

this dealer does not care after your purchase i searched a hundred mile radius for a specific car that I wanted. I wanted a black chevy impala with leather heated seats, and bob Johnson Nissan was i searched a hundred mile radius for a specific car that I wanted. I wanted a black chevy impala with leather heated seats, and bob Johnson Nissan was the only dealership that had it. so I drove the 50 miles there knowing which car I wanted, at a good price. I purchased the car no issues there, but I was promised an extra key for the car as they said they only had one and they always provide 2 keys with the cars they sell. I was told they would order the key from their chevy store and mail it out to me so I didn't have to drive back up there. I waited 2 weeks and nothing came in the mail. I called my salesman and he was not available on 3 different times over 5 day period, not a single call back. the next phone call I asked for the sales manager after waiting on hold for 10 minutes I get a voicemail and left a message about my issue, still no return phone call. I just called again because I had not gotten my registration in the mail either and the 45 day temporary expired, this time I was transferred to the title clerk. I spoke with her and she said she had it right there and would mail it right out. so I get the registration in the mail and I see the date that they processed it with the motor vehicle and to my surprise they did it 4 days after my purchase, so that means it was sitting right there at there dealership for over 40 days....what a way to do business. I am so fed up with this place I don't even care about the extra key, I will get one on my own. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone just for the service after the sale practices they have.......... More

We needed an SUV to tow our boat. I thought we were quite clear about our needs/wants. We were sold a 2011 Ford Escape. When we tried to take our boat out of the water, the front passenger side tire s quite clear about our needs/wants. We were sold a 2011 Ford Escape. When we tried to take our boat out of the water, the front passenger side tire spun and smoked, but the boat had to stay in the water. They had sold us a 2WD vehicle. The next person we dealt with promised to make things right. If we could give him a week, he would produce a selection of equal-value vehicles for us to choose from. Well, he came up with one. By this time, we were so tired of Ideal Nissan's empty promises and unreturned phone calls that we took the 2009 Ford Escape. At least it was able to pull our boat out of the water. Now, we are dealing with more unreturned calls. They promised to make arrangements to have the crack in the windshield repaired, and to check into where the second key to the vehicle was. Those 2 issues have yet to be addressed/resolved. More
