Ideal Nissan doesn't honor their warranties. I purchased the extended warranty and when I took my car in to be serviced they wanted to charge me for a service that I had paid for 10 times over. When I sponk the extended warranty and when I took my car in to be serviced they wanted to charge me for a service that I had paid for 10 times over. When I sponke to Bryan Kelley the manager, he did honor the service warranty that I paid for through Ideal Nissan. I will never do business with this company ever again. I recently leased a 2012 Nissan Rogue from Ideal. Fred, my salesman was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the Rogue. Ideal Nissan - 4000 Ridge Road West, Rochester NY, 14626. Worst experience at a dealership ever! We wanted a new Altima two door. Salesman Ron insisted to finance department we wanted blue tooth, we never asked for it nor wanted it, they charged an extra $4000.00 for something we will never use. Forced us to back date our signature on contract in March, 2012, car was not on lot when they called and said it was. Manager who runs two Nissan dealership apologized, but did nothing else. March 22, 2012 we picked up car after having a remote started installed by them, and had the car undercoated. Car was filthy outside from undercoating. They apparently could not wash it due to the undercoating. Salesman Ryan would not deal with us. Salesman that put the plates on the car told us we should not take it. They gave us a free doll up, told us to bring it in that Tuesday and they would clean it up. Needed to have an appointment, which they never made for us on Tuesday. Made an appointment for doll up and after two times cleaning it (the same day), they still could not get undercoating off the outside of the car. Not one feature on the car was explained to us by anyone. Manager and Finance manager insisted if we didn't like car we could return it. There are so many other issues we have had with them it is unreal. We have attempted to return the car to them, they refuse to give us a price on a car that has less than 3,000 miles on it. Nothing but headaches from this dealership. Now we are stuck with a car we do not want. Incompetence at its best. More

Don't ever go there. The dealership is very unorganized and they lie about everything. It would be great to go to a dealer and they know about financing, the mileage on the car they are selling and other i and they lie about everything. They were great when shopping and buying a vehicle but they no way in hell want to help you when you drive off the lot and have things go wrong. I have the quote and the repair invoice from the less expensive repair shop. They tried to rip off their own customer. Now I'm faced once again after 3 months of owning this lemon with another repair. I bought a warranty but I bet they will tell me it's not covered. No one will pick up the phone and no one will return a call. What is wrong with this picture. When you walk in there are like 4 or 5 guys talking and sitting around service doing nothing!!!!!! This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The salespeople were dismissive and rude and have absolutely no follow through or follow up. They say they will call and do all kinds of things and they never did!! They say they will call and don't, they say they will have things together when you get there and they don't. After 5 different trips there to get financing and paperwork set, they still didn't have things right. The salesman, Dennis, was who we finally were shuffled to despite being passed from 2 other salesmen who were apparently uninterested in helping us. Dennis said all kinds of things and never backed them up. Finally, when he said we could come pick the car up we got there and there was no car to be found. He tried to make excuses and apologize but then I was angry so i complained and said when we came back the car had better be ready for us to drive away. When we came back yet again the price was double what we agreed to and when I was outside Dennis told my fiance he didn't want to deal with another of my rants so keep me away from him! When i heard this I was even more angry at this awful place. We were stuck there for 3 hours trying to settle things up but I again got angry and complained to Dennis. He interupted me while I was talking and basically said he didn't want to hear anything I had to say and it was not his fault. Then he told me i was pissing him off!!!! Needless to say,I asked to talk to a manager. While I talked to Frank, who was just as rude and useless, Dennis sat across fromme giving me death glares with his arms crossed. The whole experience was ridiculous and terrible. Stay away and never go there!!!!!!!!! More
Avoid this family of liars, cheaters, thiefs, and crooks. these people say what's needed to get u in the door and keep u there they r a family business that only complete in house deals successful and fairly these people say what's needed to get u in the door and keep u there they r a family business that only complete in house deals successful and fairly I'm willing to bet anything that their few good reviews were from close ones associated with the business my intial visit I met with James Russo one of the owners nephew James promised me a definite answer that next day for best financing options on a used car that I specially told him I wanted james also suggested that I leave a deposit to show the bank how interested and serious I am about financing ok so I left the down payment the following day I received no call from james the next day after trying to reach him all day he returned my call with some bs about having some obstacles but things r looking good he needs til the next day and he will have some definites far as financing during this time the car internet priced was jacked up $1000 the next day their phones were busy all day I tried all numbers listed from morning til evening finally after getting thru to the body shop they gave me a #2273800 that's not even listed by now I just told the rep I would be n for my refund not even a hour later james calls me from his cell hey I heard u coming in for a refund ok I can tell u what I know thus far when u get here when I get there a lill after 5 the clerk tells me james is not there and she can't refund me after 5 pm as I'm leaving thru the glass I c james in one of the front offices as I enter back in james runs thru the showroom past the waiting room and his desk to the back I sat and waited and demanded respect and my refund dunka came over and ask can he help me after calming I made this same deal with dunka much higher financing than I expected but overall I thought I finally had some definites he told me to come in tomorrow and I'd b driving my car home not I got there and he said the car was being serviced and would b finished by that evening that didnt happen either later that evening dunka said the car ask was not done many problems they r finding in the services shop is what he said but tomorrow at 10 that didnt happen either the next day I wasphysically mentally and emotionally drained dunka said give me til tomorrow evening and if its not done imma get u in something so there's no inconvenience to u well as you know the next day I went in b4 5 and dunka told me the same story about the car not being ready I demanded a refund. NOTE: during one my many visits I heard one of the women sales clerks (the one who works across from dunka) bragging about how she has gotten a brand new car from there for less than $100 a month 2 funny if u go to ti this dealer u will b highly disappointed in a abusive manner More
