The service dept is fantastic, highly recommend. I called and got me in right away, not only did the service my appointment was for but found a software update needed to be done and did that also I called and got me in right away, not only did the service my appointment was for but found a software update needed to be done and did that also. Will be going back for all services for my Nissan Rogue! More

Had an appt for an oil change. When tech got my car, told me it’d be an hour. I said for an oil change I had an appt for. Also when I called to make that appt, no one answered When tech got my car, told me it’d be an hour. I said for an oil change I had an appt for. Also when I called to make that appt, no one answered as usual. It told me to leave name and #. I did. Never heard. 3 days later I called back! Last time same thing. Service mgr called me and said since I had so much trouble, he’d call me the next day for a fee detail. NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!!! More
