Service was fine. Job was completed. Problem was I have only one car and they were not allowed to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. I had to wait all day unti Job was completed. Problem was I have only one car and they were not allowed to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. I had to wait all day until Amira came home from work that is not good business practice. I don’t blame the dealership for that. I blame Lisa for not getting it done. In fact, my wife and I were so upset that we were thinking about not even take getting another Nissan the next time if we had to go through that I have purchased other designs elsewhere, and never had a problem about getting home if they had to take my car.
