Very pleasant, friendly and professional. They were waiting for me for my 8:30 am appt. Even though there was a possibility, they would not be able to do my recall, due to the software upda They were waiting for me for my 8:30 am appt. Even though there was a possibility, they would not be able to do my recall, due to the software update problem, thru the US. But the one man got on his phone and figured out what my recall was, cause I had no idea what it was. . He went above and beyond. This whole car dealership is awesome! More

This dealer tried to scam me to do brake job. They told me I had 1 mm on the rear brakes and 2 mm on front brakes. When I replaced my brakes a few days later both the front and rear still had ove They told me I had 1 mm on the rear brakes and 2 mm on front brakes. When I replaced my brakes a few days later both the front and rear still had over half the pads left. They also told me my oil pan was bent and leaking and wanted to charge me over $200 to replace it. I told them my car never leaked oil before I took it in to have oil changed. If the oil pan was leaking then they damaged it. They replaced oil pan free of charge...interesting. More
