The service work was fine. The mechanics did a good job on the oil change, tire rotation, 29-point checklist and New York State Inspection. I received a card in the mail for a $29.99 Oil Change. When I called the number on the card for Vision Nissan on Ridge Rd West, I asked to be connected to the service dept. I was told by the computer that I was the next customer in line. After about 5 minutes, a message came on that I could leave my name and number, and I would be called back. I did this and no one called back. I tried again later and again no one called back. I then went online to the site listed on the card and tried to book an appointment for an oil change and NYS Inspection. I also wanted to know the cost of a tire rotation. The site kept booking me for an oil change and a 29-point inspection. I could not get a response on the cost of a tire rotation. Finally in frustration I just booked the oil change and figured I would add the inspection and maybe the tire rotation when I got to Vision. I was given a time for 11:30 AM on Friday. I showed up at 11:25 on Friday and when I said I had an appointment, I was told that they don't 'take appointments at 11:30 because all the mechanics go to lunch from 12 noon to 1 PM. I asked when a good time would be to come in and get the work done and I will wait for the car to be completed. I was given an appointment for 9 AM on Saturday. On Saturday I showed up at 8:55 AM, and my car was taken right in for the oil change, Tire rotation, 29-point checklist, and New York State Inspection. I was told the work would take about 1.5 Hours. The car was ready in just under 2.5 hours and the work was done well, the price was reasonable, and I was on my way. I am very disappointed about the process on how to schedule an appointment. The phone process just doesn't work as no one responds. The online site is not much better, and why would you schedule an 11:30 appointment if you have no intention of keeping that time. Finally, I think the person at the check in desk probably needs some training in customer relations. He was NOT outright rude, but he obviously could care less that I was able to schedule and show up for an appointment that didn't exist his world. I am uncertain if I will ever be back as my regular mechanic gives me a time, is ready for me when I arrive, and meets his completion time. I see the ads on TV for Vision and doubt if the practices at this service center align with the values your ads are touting. PS: I bought this Nissan at the Ridge Rd Dealership as well as my previous Nissan. More
