The service attendant went above and beyond to serve, assist, and answer questions I had concerning 4 wheel drive. And he was able to service the coffee maker so my husband could make hot chocolate. I have always had excellent experiences with the service center. This past visit was exceptionally bad. The service technician presented me with incorrect information and pictures from a vehicle that did no center. This past visit was exceptionally bad. The service technician presented me with incorrect information and pictures from a vehicle that did not belong to me and made assumptions that I was another customer telling me that I needed procedures done to my car That were costly and not mine. Thankfully, I questioned his explanation about everything until eventually he realized he was an error and informed me that I did not need those expensive procedures. Needless to say, I was a bit frazzled by the entire experience and left while getting the proper work done a bit upset by being presented and almost forced to do this additional repair work. He was a little rude when he told me that I should said something when he called me by the wrong name. His mumbling sounded like my name as I was the only customer there. I never got an apology and felt like he was blaming me. More
