Went to get an oil change on my wife’s 2023 pathfinder . Now the engine knocks . Come to find out after having it towed they put a crack oil filter on it and I drove for 5 days with the oil spraying out . T Now the engine knocks . The Service manager said oh well you have a 50/50 chance the engine will cease up. I was asked to leave after I blew my top. This place has no concern for you after you purchase their vehicle. Now we have a vehicle $65,000 that we can no longer take on trips nor trust . I wouldn’t recommend this car dealership to anybody. Buyer beware. More

Joe explained to me in detail why I might want to consider additional services on my vehicle and why with zero pressure Both Mark and Joe went above and beyond the extra mile and kept me advised as to what was going on with my vehicle.
