Horrible customer service ! ! Booked an appointment online for a Saturday only to be told you don’t do diagnostic testing on Saturdays. The diagnosis I did get on my car was inco ! The diagnosis I did get on my car was incorrect per the second Nissan dealership I took it to due to no calls back from Canandaigua to make an appointment to get it fixed. Oh and when I was at your dealership staff was talking about me when I was right there in the waiting room. The person I was with noticed it too. Your staff needs some serious mandatory trainings on customer service. More
