I felt the Service Manager was up front with us, showing exactly the problem we had. The Sales Manager, Matt, spoke to us about some vehicles they had and directed Beth to help us look at some things. We lo exactly the problem we had. We looked, but being short on time, I told her I would look at what else they had on the website. When I found what I wanted, I called and said which vehicle I liked and asked that it be brought into garage area so I could look it over without being in the rain and also because I have walking difficulty. When we got there, Beth met us in the parking lot, and we looked at the car, which was in the garage. I really appreciate their service in helping me see the car in the dry garage. Everyone was very nice to work with, and we are very happy with the car. We just returned from a 4 day trip to Baltimore, and it had plenty of space for all our stuff and plenty of area for our coonhound to move around and be comfortable. If I'm happy and the pup is happy, we are in good shape !! Thank you ! More

I had stopped at vision Nissan several times over the past year, thinking about replacing a vehicle each time everybody was knowledgeable, courteous, and engaging. Joe explained to me in detail why I might want to consider additional services on my vehicle and why with zero pressure Both Mark and Joe went above and beyond the extra mile and kept me advised as to what was going on with my vehicle.
