Was a very easy process once we had the approval that had the car in and new engine into the vehicle. Service Department is very defensive. Their phone system either does not work, or they ignored my 5 voicemails. Service was good but still dont understand why the grease in my rack and pinion failed at 117k miles. Isnt that sealed because it is supposed to last lifetime of car?
