This dealership is under new ownership and does not honor deals made with customers by original dealership. Atlantic Coast Automotive bought the dealership and since then you cannot EVER speak to a person wh deals made with customers by original dealership. They have had my mother's car for 3 weeks and did not give a loaner nor have they attempted to keep her informed of the status of her car. The only way I could actually speak to someone was to drive 45 minutes to see them in person. They blame the new owner. They admit that the service my mother has received is poor...but offer no remedy. My mother and son are long time customers of the original and none of us will ever buy another car as long as they are owned by Atlantic Coast Automotive. They are out of Florida and handle phone calls through their Florida call center. Bad business. More
I bought a van from them a number of years ago. Part of the purchase agreement was that I would get free oil changes for the lifetime of the van. Recently I took it in for a change and was told that Vision Kia no longer does lifetime oil changes. I asked why and the only explanation I could get was that they were bought out and the new owner will not honor these anymore. I’ve tried repeatedly to contact someone by phone or email to discuss further and all I get is someone trying to sell me a car. No discussion, no answers, just a sales pitch. I am so disappointed that this dealer will not hold up their end of an agreement. I will not be purchasing here again. More

I was very impressed by the service I received. I was there early and they took me right away, the rotation & oil was completed very timely, and the expense was so reasonable! Their customer service is terrible. You have to call repeatedly leaving messages over and over. It took me a couple weeks to get someone to actually answer the phone. Finally, got an appointment, then, it was not fixed and it cost me $89.. It took me another week for someone to finally call me back to get another appointment. I had to keep leaving messages. It is finally fixed, but I did not get a credit for the $89, and it ended up costing $532.11. I thought I should.have received a credit. I come from 40 minutes away, and I paid gas twice to go over there and back to get the car finally fixed. I never saw a business before, that you just can’t get an appointment, because calls always go to voicemail, and they don’t appear to listen to all of them to reply to the consumers. My car was not an emergency, but others are, who need their cars to go to work and other important things, they can’t get their cars in for service in a timely fashion. More
