Their customer service is terrible. You have to call repeatedly leaving messages over and over. It took me a couple weeks to get someone to actually answer the phone. Finally, got an appointment, then, it was not fixed and it cost me $89.. It took me another week for someone to finally call me back to get another appointment. I had to keep leaving messages. It is finally fixed, but I did not get a credit for the $89, and it ended up costing $532.11. I thought I should.have received a credit. I come from 40 minutes away, and I paid gas twice to go over there and back to get the car finally fixed. I never saw a business before, that you just can’t get an appointment, because calls always go to voicemail, and they don’t appear to listen to all of them to reply to the consumers. My car was not an emergency, but others are, who need their cars to go to work and other important things, they can’t get their cars in for service in a timely fashion. More

Tried for weeks to make an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. No one would answer the service phone. When called to would instruct to leave a message but no one called back. Extreeme disappointment witn the service department In the past 2-3 years my family (myself, 2 boys and my daughter have all bought vehicles), 2 of the 4 we have had no problems with, the other 2 I woul In the past 2-3 years my family (myself, 2 boys and my daughter have all bought vehicles), 2 of the 4 we have had no problems with, the other 2 I wouldn't want anyone to get with the problems we have had. Vehicle number one, (2013 Dodge Journey) my daughter purchased in December with 57,000 miles on it, to have something for the birth of her first child. When the weather started to get warm, she tries to turn on the a/c in the back, only to find out the blower motor did not work at all. Vision would not fix it because it was over the warrantee. Even though they sold it with a blown blower motor. After she got an oil change and tire rotation, the front end wobbled and pulled severely to the right. They said she had a bent rim and lost a wheel weight, all within 150 miles or so. After several alignments to no avail, took it to my mechanic who stated that the rear tires are shot and the fronts are on their way out. All this within less than 14,000 miles. They reluctantly replaced the rears and said the fronts are fine. She gets an oil change and a 16 point inspection. I purchase 2 new tires for the front, take it to my mechanic for an inspection, he tells me the left front driveshaft is shot so bad that grease is flung all over the wheel well. This was within 2000 miles of the famous 26 point inspection. So much for actually looking at the vehicle. Car number 2, (2012 Chevy Cruze) my son purchased used to get around. When he went to move to NC, I had my mechanic give it a good once over. I was surprised to hear that it hard a leak in the cooling system, the transmission fluid was burnt and all 4 tires really should be replaced. All this within a few thousand miles of purchase. As a result of these 2 problem cars, I will NEVER go there to have any vehicle serviced and will have to think long and hard about purchasing a vehicle if this is how they go through them before the put them on the lot More
