We have been going to Vision Kia for 12 years. I was the first appointment of the day, went to the lounge and sat down. Meanwhile the Manager and a Service Tech began yelling and swearing at each I was the first appointment of the day, went to the lounge and sat down. Meanwhile the Manager and a Service Tech began yelling and swearing at each other. Then the manager came into the lounge to apologize for what was going on. I made a comment about having earbuds in and he laughed. Then a little while later he started in with the Service Tech again. What ever happened to professionalism? If I was an older individual, I would have taken my vehicle somewhere else. Either train your manager about how to properly talk to the people who work for him or install a sound proof door to the lounge so that you can keep customers coming back. Otherwise you might as well close the dealership doors. I don’t think I will recommend your dealership to anyone. More

This dealership is under new ownership and does not honor deals made with customers by original dealership. Atlantic Coast Automotive bought the dealership and since then you cannot EVER speak to a person wh deals made with customers by original dealership. They have had my mother's car for 3 weeks and did not give a loaner nor have they attempted to keep her informed of the status of her car. The only way I could actually speak to someone was to drive 45 minutes to see them in person. They blame the new owner. They admit that the service my mother has received is poor...but offer no remedy. My mother and son are long time customers of the original and none of us will ever buy another car as long as they are owned by Atlantic Coast Automotive. They are out of Florida and handle phone calls through their Florida call center. Bad business. More
I bought a van from them a number of years ago. Part of the purchase agreement was that I would get free oil changes for the lifetime of the van. Recently I took it in for a change and was told that Vision Kia no longer does lifetime oil changes. I asked why and the only explanation I could get was that they were bought out and the new owner will not honor these anymore. I’ve tried repeatedly to contact someone by phone or email to discuss further and all I get is someone trying to sell me a car. No discussion, no answers, just a sales pitch. I am so disappointed that this dealer will not hold up their end of an agreement. I will not be purchasing here again. More
