You need a new PHONE system. No one ever answers the phone! I talked my brother into buying a Kia. He literally has to drive there to make an appointment. We are a Ki No one ever answers the phone! I was told 1 to 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and paint protection and I was there for over three hours. Today I also noticed that my car is still telling me it needs an oil change so they never reset tha protection and I was there for over three hours. When I bought my Kia I was promised free oil changes for as long as I owned the car. Now they say they are under new ownership and will no longer honor their commitment. When they sold the dealerships, the as long as I owned the car. Now they say they are under new ownership and will no longer honor their commitment. When they sold the dealerships, the new owner, Atlantic Automotive should be required to continue the free oil changes as part of the business. Vision Kia, a big disappointment! More
