Went in for a free inspection because I bought the car there .the service team told me I needed $1600 worth of new tires and repairs. I only have 28,000 miles on the car. including front brakes, alignment there .the service team told me I needed $1600 worth of new tires and repairs. After he inspected the car, he told me this is a crack of bull. My tires had at least 5 to 10,000 more miles on it. My front brakes were in good shape and he never heard of a coolant Being flushed out in a 2019 car. Some free inspection that was. I feel it’s a come on to get you in and then saddle you with repairs that are not due at that moment. You don’t expect this from a dealer you bought the car from. More

I received paperwork stating I needed services that I had just had done. They said I need new tires soon when my tires have less than 5000 miles on them. They said my car has 93000 miles when it actually has just had done. They said I need new tires soon when my tires have less than 5000 miles on them. They said my car has 93000 miles when it actually has 103500. When I asked to have this corrected she became flustered and tried to take back the paperwork they gave me stating all this. I did appreciate the complimentary but my suspicions are now aroused. More

We were leaving for a family trip for our daughter’s 6th birthday and unexpectedly my gas cap wouldn’t open because the latch was broken.
