I’m not sure of her name, but the lady who helped me was the sweetest. She first told me about my rhinestone ring around my push to start button and how those have been causing cars not to start so I took t the sweetest. She first told me about my rhinestone ring around my push to start button and how those have been causing cars not to start so I took that off , then I couldn’t figure out my Kia connect and my original sales man told me I did not have remote start or anything , well the lady who helped me got it working through Kia connect. It was fast and my car drives great. Thank you guys! More

Went in for a free inspection because I bought the car there .the service team told me I needed $1600 worth of new tires and repairs. I only have 28,000 miles on the car. including front brakes, alignment there .the service team told me I needed $1600 worth of new tires and repairs. I only have 28,000 miles on the car. including front brakes, alignment: and coolint flushed out. I was upset and took it to my local mechanic. After he inspected the car, he told me this is a crack of bull. My tires had at least 5 to 10,000 more miles on it. My front brakes were in good shape and he never heard of a coolant Being flushed out in a 2019 car. Some free inspection that was. I feel it’s a come on to get you in and then saddle you with repairs that are not due at that moment. You don’t expect this from a dealer you bought the car from. More

I received paperwork stating I needed services that I had just had done. They said I need new tires soon when my tires have less than 5000 miles on them. They said my car has 93000 miles when it actually has just had done. They said I need new tires soon when my tires have less than 5000 miles on them. They said my car has 93000 miles when it actually has 103500. When I asked to have this corrected she became flustered and tried to take back the paperwork they gave me stating all this. I did appreciate the complimentary but my suspicions are now aroused. More
