Was a very easy process once we had the approval that had the car in and new engine into the vehicle. However on a another note the phone system sucks hard to get anybody on the line would like too see somet the car in and new engine into the vehicle. Service Department is very defensive. Their phone system either does not work, or they ignored my 5 voicemails. Their computerized notification/appointment management system always told me that I was missing appointments, although they were always in possession of my vehicle. Very different than any other repair shop I have ever dealt with. I am used to friendly service and prompt response times. More

Had to wait to close deal for someone from the Vision Hyundai across the street to finish a cash sale. Then that person blamed the salesman for a different cost to me. Service was good but still dont understand why the grease in my rack and pinion failed at 117k miles. Isnt that sealed because it is supposed to last lifetime of car?
