I bought a van from them a number of years ago. Part of the purchase agreement was that I would get free oil changes for the lifetime of the van. Recently I took it in for a change and was told tha Part of the purchase agreement was that I would get free oil changes for the lifetime of the van. Recently I took it in for a change and was told that Vision Kia no longer does lifetime oil changes. I asked why and the only explanation I could get was that they were bought out and the new owner will not honor these anymore. I’ve tried repeatedly to contact someone by phone or email to discuss further and all I get is someone trying to sell me a car. No discussion, no answers, just a sales pitch. I am so disappointed that this dealer will not hold up their end of an agreement. I will not be purchasing here again. More
