However Adam and Shawn made it seamless for me and I never felt preyed upon or dooped. I can't rate the service department as I haven't utilized their services yet. Would definitely recommend!! More
Purchasing a car I recently went to Vision Kia to get a new car after totaling my old one. I was able to get in at a time that was convenient to me because my salesman was willing to work his schedule to match mine. When I showed up to meet my salesman he was very friendly and greeted me at the door and asked if I would like/need anything before we began. When we began I was asked what kind of vehicle I was looking for, how new I would like it, and what my price range would preferably be. After making notes of my responses I was given some cars to look at and test drive. As each car was brought out to me I was given an in depth explanation of each of the car's qualities and extras. After deciding on which car I wanted the salesman and I went inside to do all the paperwork. The salesman was very helpful during every aspect of the paperwork and had the car cleaned and filled with gas while we completed it. Since purchasing the vehicle the salesman has checked up on me to make sure the vehicle was working for me and told me to come to him with any questions or issues I might have. Wonderful and friendly service I will be sending anyone I know looking for a vehicle to purchase to him. More

Best car buying Experience! I leased my Kia Forte in June 2014. I am now ready to trade it in for a 2017 Forte! I will most definitely be returning to Vison Kia Canandaigua because of the car buying experience as a whole. The store is clean and bright, so if you have to wait for any reason it is a pleasant experience , and the staff is exceptional! The reminder emails from the maintenance department are always super helpful. The sales people are pleasant and courteous, which is very important to me, as well as knowledgeable. Adam was very friendly, and patient, answering all of my questions, helping find the perfect Kia for me The finance manager, Shawn, was friendly and helpful, explaining my options, without being pushy, which I really appreciated. And Brian, the general manager, greeted me personally, and was very pleasant as well I highly recommend Vision Kia in Canandaguia to everyone for their next car. I'll see you soon Vision Kia!! More
Could Not Have Asked For A Better Experience! I went into the dealership not expecting there to be many, if any, options for me in my situation. I owned a vehicle that I simply could not afford the payments on any longer but still owed a considerable amount of money on. I worked with Joe and Brian and they spent almost all of their day with me trying to figure out the best possible solution for me. They were able to not only get me out of my current loan payments, but I was able to drive off the lot with a brand new Optima at a lower monthly payment. Everyone in the dealership was extremely friendly and great to work with. I never once felt that "pushed" feeling you can get from most car dealers. I will definitely be back when I am ready for my next vehicle! More

Extreeme disappointment witn the service department In the past 2-3 years my family (myself, 2 boys and my daughter have all bought vehicles), 2 of the 4 we have had no problems with, the other 2 I woul In the past 2-3 years my family (myself, 2 boys and my daughter have all bought vehicles), 2 of the 4 we have had no problems with, the other 2 I wouldn't want anyone to get with the problems we have had. Vehicle number one, (2013 Dodge Journey) my daughter purchased in December with 57,000 miles on it, to have something for the birth of her first child. When the weather started to get warm, she tries to turn on the a/c in the back, only to find out the blower motor did not work at all. Vision would not fix it because it was over the warrantee. Even though they sold it with a blown blower motor. After she got an oil change and tire rotation, the front end wobbled and pulled severely to the right. They said she had a bent rim and lost a wheel weight, all within 150 miles or so. After several alignments to no avail, took it to my mechanic who stated that the rear tires are shot and the fronts are on their way out. All this within less than 14,000 miles. They reluctantly replaced the rears and said the fronts are fine. She gets an oil change and a 16 point inspection. I purchase 2 new tires for the front, take it to my mechanic for an inspection, he tells me the left front driveshaft is shot so bad that grease is flung all over the wheel well. This was within 2000 miles of the famous 26 point inspection. So much for actually looking at the vehicle. Car number 2, (2012 Chevy Cruze) my son purchased used to get around. When he went to move to NC, I had my mechanic give it a good once over. I was surprised to hear that it hard a leak in the cooling system, the transmission fluid was burnt and all 4 tires really should be replaced. All this within a few thousand miles of purchase. As a result of these 2 problem cars, I will NEVER go there to have any vehicle serviced and will have to think long and hard about purchasing a vehicle if this is how they go through them before the put them on the lot More
