Tried for weeks to make an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. No one would answer the service phone. When called to would instruct to leave a message but no one called back. Be prepared to pay thousands over sticker and make sure to triple check that your numbers add up (they won't). I found better pricing on their own website that they refused to honor. Plus, after getting a better price on a higher model from a competitor, I stupidly gave Vision Kia another chance and they refused to budge from their $4400+ overage. Is supply and demand a factor in prices right now? Sure. But, being competitive against your competition is quite literally business 101. PLEASE, do yourself a favor and shop around - despite the egos, they are not your only option. These folks are either desperate for cash, horrible businessmen or straight up crooks - you will need to decide what you are wiling to put up with in this crazy game of "supply and demand" More

Prior to purchase of our 2018 kia I clearly showed the sales man the tires were bad. After an email to Vision KIA with the Sorento I was looking for, the internet representative "Heidi Jensen" got back to me in about 10 minutes and said they had found just what I wanted. Ben contacted me and I told him to give me the price it would be out the door. He got back to me with a very fair price and I told him we have a deal. The best part I didn't have to go to the dealership until I took possession of the vehicle. Being that the dealership is 50 miles away and being that Ben lived near me he even picked me up to get the vehicle. Thank you Ben! More
