Once I was able to schedule an appointment, service was excellent. I was told wait would be 1 hr. and it was exactly 1 hr! My 4 star rating is due to the difficulty of scheduling an appointment by phone, excellent. I was told wait would be 1 hr. and it was exactly 1 hr! My 4 star rating is due to the difficulty of scheduling an appointment by phone, as I had a question about the service that was due. After leaving messages for a call back, I finally got a call back. The team, especially Sam and the accounting team, did a great job making sure I understood the cars capabilities and the financial commitment before purchase. great job making sure I understood the cars capabilities and the financial commitment before purchase. More
We have been going to Vision Kia for 12 years. I was the first appointment of the day, went to the lounge and sat down. Meanwhile the Manager and a Service Tech began yelling and swearing at each I was the first appointment of the day, went to the lounge and sat down. Meanwhile the Manager and a Service Tech began yelling and swearing at each other. Then the manager came into the lounge to apologize for what was going on. I made a comment about having earbuds in and he laughed. Then a little while later he started in with the Service Tech again. What ever happened to professionalism? If I was an older individual, I would have taken my vehicle somewhere else. Either train your manager about how to properly talk to the people who work for him or install a sound proof door to the lounge so that you can keep customers coming back. Otherwise you might as well close the dealership doors. I don’t think I will recommend your dealership to anyone. More
