First issue I went for. My sunroof sometimes won’t shut. So when I went there it was shutting fine. Second issue I went for-my car randomly shakes and doesn’t seem to want to start/stay on and the engine light is blinking. When I went to KIA I was obviously fine bc I can’t drive the car when it is in that state. Therefore they said they can’t do anything. Then the next day it did the same thing but worse. All these weird lights and alarms were going off consecutively and I took a video of it. I really don’t want both of these issues to be occurring and not being fixed and then 35,000 miles later I no longer have my car warranty and not fixed. More
Sales is good with me but come to the service department needs a complete overall. I feel Nate was very good and stuck in the middle but come back to Chad me and my wife felt like illegal aliens taking 6 needs a complete overall. We felt well they sold us this van then the dealership it's self should be a Profesional company easily being able to fix a vehicle they sold us but six months with a big run around was really just crap. Treated like crap still had to dig deep find money we don't have because I couldn't get to work. I'm angry and hurt and to top it off my check engine light is on 1 day after we got it back with our huge 10% off our bill ... saved $700 ... wow that's great. Anyone who brought a car so on so forth to get fixed would probably expect it back within a month but really 200 days plus .. come on dnt know if I can take it back to that shop already cost $4900 and the issue still remains ... I don't know what code is up but that dam light is on 6 months later with$4900 pulled from my xxx and a $700 slap to my face ... repairs is junk better off hiring some kids from school More
Do not purchase a used vehicle from vision kia of Canandaigua. My husband and I purchased a used vehicle and traded in our older vehicle. We'll the kia sadona 2016 that we purchased was a complete lemon. It needed work no less than two months after our purchase, and more and more work needed done after that. At first we brought it to our own mechanic and racked up thousands of dollars in mechanic fees. Then it broke again this time completely didn't run. My husband fixed many different things on his own, wrote down what he did. Brought it to Kia in September of 2033 and we were told they would get it fixed in the next two weeks. That did not happen we got the entire run around day after day months after month. My husband lost his job because he couldn't make it to work, we tried to trade it in a were told it was worth 350$ so we had no choice but to purchase another vehicle 2024. They still had to fix our van which we still owed 14,000 dollars on and it's worth 350$.. absolutely disgusting. After chasing these people down on a regular basis we finally got our van back today March 22 2024. They charged us 4,900$ didn't bother to even clean it or put gas in a vehicle they've had for 7 months. I do not recommend them to anyone. They're the most unprofessional dealership I've ever seen in my life and the better business bureau is being notified. As I see this you do not treat good paying customers the way they have. Was met with a nice hello- and smile from Ashley. My car was taken right in and I was out within the hour. Quick oil change was done and since my free oil changes ended with this one.. My only issue with my Kia Sportage is I’m not getting the gas mileage stated. Very disappointed. Next car will be a full gas if they’re available.. More
