You need a new PHONE system. No one ever answers the phone! I talked my brother into buying a Kia. He literally has to drive there to make an appointment. We are a Ki No one ever answers the phone! I was told 1 to 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and paint protection and I was there for over three hours.
