Tried calling several times to c set up an appointment and had to leave a message each time with no response back. Had to go to the service department to tell them my problem. Was a very easy process once we had the approval that had the car in and new engine into the vehicle. However on a another note the phone system sucks hard to get anybody on the line would like too see somet the car in and new engine into the vehicle. Service Department is very defensive. Their phone system either does not work, or they ignored my 5 voicemails. They did perform the work on my vehicle, but never called me, I always ha Their phone system either does not work, or they ignored my 5 voicemails. Their computerized notification/appointment management system always told me that I was missing appointments, although they were always in possession of my vehicle. Very different than any other repair shop I have ever dealt with. I am used to friendly service and prompt response times. More
